Mezcal Doña Soledad
Doña Soledad Mezcal is named for the elegant matriarch of the Arellanes family, Doña Soledad Robles (1954-1999). Devoted mother and wife , Doña Soledad was the pillar of her family and community.
To honor Doña Soledad's memory, this distnguished spirit is made with special attention to every detail, using only the largest agave piñas that are then slowly roasted, fermented and double-distilled. Selecting a higher cut from the 2nd distillation, the spirit is then barreled in our finest oak casks for 5yrs.
